My family does for the 'Family&Friends', but I don't, since it, as well as virtually every other holiday celebrated by the US is just about stuff.

^{More then one of those applies, so rather then vote, I will just comment. To me the holiday is about the good ol'e days of watching the traditional, meaningful movies and shows. More so when able to do this with close friends and family as well as giving. I enjoy giving things to make those I care for smile, more then I enjoy getting. Need a 'more then one thing' vote option.}

family and friends, childhood memories, a time to chill at the house and stay off the roads/as far away from the malls as possible.

if I really had a choice, I probably wouldn't celebrate it at all. it's so over-commercialized and driven by consumerism...I hate it. but my family celebrates...so it's really for them.

TECHNICALLY I don't celebrate Christmas..."Family and Friends" and "Togetherness" and "Good WIll Towards Man and all that should be an everyday thing in my book soooooo.....yea...but I guess I do celebrate it cuz I go from house to house and hang with friends as their families celebrate it....I dunno....
